Introduction

These are the terms and conditions of use for www.hupe.life (Site) and the advertised and intended operations of highly personalised nutrition, supplementation and training plans developed based on a Clients’ genetics, physiology and biology (Service). The Site is operated by or on behalf of Hupe Lifestyle Coaching, trading as Hupe (We, Us and Our). We are a sole establishment company, registered in the United Arab Emirates. Our registered company number is 1007561, and our registered office is at Suite 1702, Level 17, Boulevard Plaza Tower 1, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard, Downtown Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Your use of the Site will be subject to these terms and conditions and by using the Site you agree to be bound by them.

The Site is intended for use only by persons who are at least 18 years of age. By using the Site, you confirm to us that you meet this requirement and that, if you are under the age of 18, you have received permission from your parent or guardian before using the Site.

• any actions by users or account holders which are in breach of any code of conduct or guidelines issued by us at any time;

• any 3rd party service (e.g. payment) where We have no control;
• any sale and purchase conducted through the Site where the purchase is another user or 3rd party;
• any falsity in user-provided account information;

We understand that due to the social nature of the Service your involvement with other users and/or account holders may extend beyond the Service and may extend outside the platform We provide. For this reason you release Us from any claims, demands and damages of every kind associated with or arising out of or in connection with such extended use and/or involvement.

You hereby agree and undertake to compensate and/or indemnify Us for any misuse or abuse that breaches these Terms & Conditions or your use/misuse of the Site which results in any losses, damages, fines, compensation or costs (including reasonable legal fees).

Use of the Site does not at any time render you the partner, agent, joint venture, employee-employer, franchise-franchisee of Us.

Complaints/Problems

We understand that the Site, despite our best intentions, may at times have issues such as bugs and/or other conditions that will ultimately hinder the Site from performing as intended. We are also aware that with 3rd parties utilising the Site many aspects of the services on our Site are beyond our control and we can accept no responsibility and/or liability arising out of in connection with this

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are subject to and governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai without giving effect to conflicts of law principles thereof. Any dispute regarding these Website Terms of Use or our handling of your personal information shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Dubai.
